These terms govern your use of www.zuariprep.in and the Zuari Prep app (together, the “Service”), provided by Zuari Prep, operated by Gautam Dilip Toraskar (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Zuari Prep is an online practice platform for Goa Government recruitment exams. It provides a question bank of previous-year and practice questions organised into subject packages, and practice tests with scores and answer review.

Zuari Prep is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC), the Goa Staff Selection Commission (GSSC), or any government body. We do not guarantee any exam result, selection, or that questions will appear in a future exam.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your password confidential.
  • An account is for one person only. Sharing your login is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

3. Free access

Zuari Prep is free to use. You need to create an account and enrol in a package to view its questions and take practice tests. We do not charge for packages and do not sell question papers. We may change, limit or withdraw packages or the Service at any time, and may introduce optional paid features in the future, which would be clearly shown before you pay.

4. Sources of questions

Question papers of public examinations are published by their conducting bodies. Questions on the Service are provided free of charge for personal study. If you are the owner of any content and want it corrected or removed, write to us using the contact details below and we will act promptly. 5. Payments and refunds

There are no payments on the Service. Packages that were bought before the Service became free remain available to the buyer; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for those purchases.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, scrape, resell, publish or redistribute questions or other content from the Service;
  • access content you haven’t enrolled in by bypassing the app, or interfere with the Service’s security;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

8. Content and accuracy

The organisation, explanations and design of the Service are our property. Questions are drawn from publicly conducted examinations and are provided for your personal study only. Every question is reviewed before publishing, but errors can occur. If you find one, please tell us so we can correct it.

9. Availability and liability

The Service is practice and study material only. We do not guarantee any exam result, selection or job outcome.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
